What to do if your site isn't loading

Site not loading?

If your website isn't loading or showing an error, here are some things to check first:

Quick checks

1. Try a different browser or device — this rules out a local caching issue
2. Check your internet connection — make sure you're online
3. Hard refresh the page — Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows
4. Check if it's a broader outage — if other sites are also down, it may be your connection

If it's just your site

- The URL of your site
- What you're seeing (error message, blank page, etc.)
- When it started
